To turn this chai/tea into a latte:

Steep tea in boiling water for 4 minutes, top off with steamed milk, garnish with cold foam or whipped cream. You'll crave this one long after it's gone!

Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your infuser. Bring water to a boil and steep (let tea sit in the boiling water) for 4 minutes. To enjoy an encore/second cup, let steep for 8 minutes.
